Came in late last Saturday and Milan and other managers stayed over to help me learn more about the car I was thinking about purchasing. They did not make me feel pressured even though I had kept them over their time. I came in the next week and bought the car. Everyone was very friendly.
Routine oil change. Service discovered a tire rod needed to be replaced. A loaner car was provided at no cost so I could go about my day instead of waiting. Super friendly and cordial staff.
