Have never had anyone mess with my radio during a service call before. Was annoyed that XM had been switched to FM and station changed and volume turned up. Still figuring out how everything thing works and took me a few minutes to get it back the way it was. Otherwise, everything seemed fine. Was done in time told.
Service manager always remembers my name, even though I"m not there very often. It's appreciated that he takes the extra time even though I may not spend as much as others.

My Nissan experience was great. The people were lovely in every way. From the time I arrived from the time I left it was a friendly environment. The bonus is the free popcorn, hot chocolate, and coffee. This was my first car and Nissan made it a unforgettable experience.
Quick and courteous service. Service representative advised me of a recall and they were able to take care of it that day. Did not try to talk me into having other services done other than what I came in for. Clean waiting area.
