Have been a customer of Southlake for many years and have never been disappointed. Service department is first class and never a hard sell or pressure to do unnecessary service. They thoroughly explain my repairs and costs with no surprises. Sales department has answered my questions and understood my needs and never tried to sway me away from my price range or options that I want. Always appreciate that one of the owners is onsite and checks in to make sure I am satisfied. Great customer service, which means a lot to me when it comes to my automobiles.

Josh was extremely helpful in getting us the Pathfinder we needed! We didn’t know exactly which one we wanted prior to getting to the dealership, but his knowledge of the ins and outs of all the different trims made the process so seamless. We will definitely be back to work with him again on our next purchase!

I experienced transmission issues with my 2023 Titan Pro-4X after driving over 900 miles from Savannah, GA to Hammond, IN.
