Today I'm getting my fourth Kia from Southlake Kia!! Honestly, within the past 26 years I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. And I haven't had one issue with the previous three. The first was a Sephia and the other two were Forte's. I would still have my first Forte if somebody would have paid attention to what they were doing and saw that I was right next to them before they bashed me off the road.🥴😕

Have been a customer of Southlake for many years and have never been disappointed. Service department is first class and never a hard sell or pressure to do unnecessary service. They thoroughly explain my repairs and costs with no surprises. Sales department has answered my questions and understood my needs and never tried to sway me away from my price range or options that I want. Always appreciate that one of the owners is onsite and checks in to make sure I am satisfied. Great customer service, which means a lot to me when it comes to my automobiles.

Josh was extremely helpful in getting us the Pathfinder we needed! We didn’t know exactly which one we wanted prior to getting to the dealership, but his knowledge of the ins and outs of all the different trims made the process so seamless.
